You might remember the “Forest Ninja” video I posted awhile back when we had Billy Reid from verytasteful.com on GeekRiot. Recently his “White Chicks and Gang Signs” was featured on YouTube. He’s now working on a television version and needs your help with new submissions.

So, if you’re a lady (or know any ladies!) that can throw down a mean gang sign and would like to be in his new video, submit it here.

Justine: So, Billy… I saw your “White Chicks & Gang Signs” featured on YouTube this week. I also read that you’re redoing it for television! How’s that been working out?
Billy: The reaction has been great. It’s cool how so many people are willing to send in their photos to be in the video. I think people understand it’s all in good fun.
Justine: Television? OMGZZZ?
Billy: Well, I’ve been approached to have the video air on the ol tube, but I decided to ask all the Very Tasteful fans to send in their own photos to share in the fun.
Justine: That’s exciting. Have you had any of your other work air on that TV thing previously?
Billy: I’ve had my stuff air on Comedy Central, CBC, CTV. I also produced pieces for a sketch show in Washington State a few months ago, that was a cool opportunity. It was great because the producers let me do my own thing.
Billy: Right now i’m in the planning stages for a few new videos that should be ready in a few weeks. I’m trying to up the ante with every video. So, these next few will, hopefully, be really awesome.
Justine: What’s your overall goal for the next year?
Billy: I’m moving to Toronto in the next few months, and I’m planning on doing some live stuff as well. I’ll be making more videos and recording as much as possible as well. Basically, keeping it tasteful.
