You probably have great posture. It looks like maybe your monitor is the culprite. It could be too low, which causes you to hunch down. Try a monitor stand (~ $20 at Office Depot or Staples). Also, upon request many employers will provide a personalized ergonomic evaluation of your work area. Your doctor may also prescribe the eval (good to know in case it helps with covering/insuring costs).
