Y’know I always wondered how you kept the camera fairly steady when you set it down places, and I see that it’s still attached to the hat. That explains a lot! And, Mighty Mouse? Meh. I don’t see what’s so special about the Mighty Mouse. I love Apple and Mac and all that (it’s all I use), but I just can’t make myself use the Mighty Mouse. It just isn’t comfortable. Oh well.

do you like the 1tb my book? i am looking to buy a 1tb hard drive and i don’t know which one to choose. price is an issue. i don’t want to spend more than $375 on the hard drive.

The 1TB is the only thing that surprised me, I had no idea. Well, I guess when you’re working, you actually need that, since you edit video, duh. Anyway. I love behind-the-scenes peeks, yay!

My only question would be, do you shoot all/most you video with the Panasonic or do you shoot a lot with your powershot? I’m trying to decide if I want to get something like a Xacti that uses an SD card or stick with minidv. Capturing footage is teh suck.

I, too, have a Sony VAIO TX laptop (a TX650) and I have a Treo 750. I sometimes connect both of them via Bluetooth to surf on the Cingular 3G network at blazing speeds. In addition, I have already kitted out my laptop with an extra 1GB of memory for a total of $65 from Kingston.com’s website (places like CompUSA and Best Buy charge upwards of $120…crazy!). Plus now my Treo 750 has a GPS unit with TomTom 6 navigator software, which will come in handy next week when I fly out to NYC and Newark NJ. In addition, I downloaded Google Maps for Windows Mobile to my phone and it even works with my GPS unit!

When it comes to camera, however, I only use a Nikon D70. Having a true 6.2 Megapixel camera is what I like to work with!

This is great info to know about, but what else I would love to know is how you take this stuff around with you. How big and how awesome is your bag? I have a laptop backback and carrying my powerbook, rebel xt, video cam, and millions of cords around is pretty heavy on my neck (eep I need to find a new case so I dont ruin any of my muscles).
