PurpleCar on Nov 18th 2007 at 8:40 pmThis is fab, because the general public will be educated, at least a tiny little bit, about what is going on in social media. I love how they talk about the culture and “openness”! I hope those writers are getting paid MUCH money; they deserve it! It’s almost a public service announcement. I say almost, because there will be some confused viewers out there that will associate web2.0 stuff with lack of security and daterape… But the bright side is that socialmedia is moving into the mainstream, and that’s a GOOD thing!
L-E on Nov 18th 2007 at 8:40 pmummm don’t know where the rest of that post went but it went on to say I

James Fleeting on Nov 18th 2007 at 8:40 pmI heard Twitter was on CSI this past week but haven’t gotten the chance to watch it yet. Its still sitting on my TiVo. Need to spend time to catch up on some shows.
Don’t you just love the mistakes these TV shows make with technology and the internet? With the post exceeding 140 chars and Justines other post about the iPhone being used upside down.
They just want to be soo cool and keep failing.
ralph dagza on Nov 18th 2007 at 8:40 pmyou know you can post more than 140 characters especially when you post via txt
Philip Crow on Nov 19th 2007 at 8:40 pmHAHAHAHA, this just shows how most of the progs hollywood uses never actually exist they way they appear. HAHA!
robert on Nov 19th 2007 at 8:40 pmjust as a heads up something is horribly wrong with this template in the current release build in firefox 3.
Aaron on Nov 19th 2007 at 8:40 pm…and Safari 3.0.4…
…but it is funny that the timestamps on all the comments match the timestamp of the post.
acydlord on Nov 20th 2007 at 8:40 pmGood old hollywood, I love how anytime someone clicks anything in a tv show or movie the computer always makes a cool beep or other noise.
Mr President on Nov 20th 2007 at 8:40 pmJust found out a blogging friend of mine watched this episode and didn’t even realise that they’d featured and referenced Twitter. As if to make things worse she was actually using Twitter at the time.
Tim on Nov 20th 2007 at 8:40 pmSadly, the usage of twitter was marred by a crappy attempt at a UI on the machine… - however, at least they aren’t using an iPhone upside down!
