Dead iPhone Pixels

It’s returned!! When I first purchased my iPhone I noticed a little baby pixel flashing every so often. Magically (because the iPhone is magical) it went away. Every once and awhile it’d return to say hi though.

Lately a little friend has been joining in. Today they had a tea party. Tomorrow I believe they are planning a trip to the park and then dinner. Not entirely sure of their plans. They typically don’t let me in on their secrets everyday.

Hmmm. My iPod touch has developed a single dead pixel in approximately the same position. However, the pixel count is so incredibly galactic that I never notice unless I am on the home screen as you are now.

Ha, my new iPod Touch has 2 dead pixels on it. I should have got a Zune. :p

Apple is supposedly replacing iPhone’s with dead pixels in store for units under 15 days old. So if you are in that range… you might be in luck to get a brand spankin new one!

after a few weeks of trouble i finally settled in nicely with iPhone #3, only to notice a strange spot near the top of the screen. i decided it wasn’t a big deal. i should have held my own and moved onto iPhone #4. hopefully mr. dead spot will stay in one place and not invite anyone bring any of his buddies out of their places.
