ooVoo Day!

I got so excited until I found out the times; I’m working (darn time zones)!

All the people I know from that list have time slots on the days that I work. (And darn Scott Sigler for not having time slots. He’s afraid of his Junkies..)

You can still use ooVoo as an audio-only client, like Skype. If you’ve got a decent mic/speaker on your machine, you don’t have to have a headset - you can use earbuds, for example. But typically, a headset is recommended to reduce any echo effects.

I don’t like the format of this thing whatsoever. I love/hate the way that you’re only limited to 5 slots per 1/2 hour so that you can give more attention to people, but that also shuts out a lot of people. Also, I find Talkshoe much better in that you can actaully call-in using a telephone, in case your microphone doesn’t work with the machine you are using.
