I got those ugly cable tangles too! A whole crate full of them, from back in the day! Remember SCSI cables, Appletalk cables, Parallel printer cables, Ethernet Coaxial cables, Coaxial terminators and SCSI Terminators. 50 pin and 68 pin and Appletalk over telephone wire cable. And we can’t forget the twenty power adapter’s for Syquest, Iomega, zip drives and speakers, and the 80 or so standard Grey power cords.

The guy who invented the six foot long grey power cord is a bazillionaire right now.
