Its true.. my fail whale beach illustration has been officially FAIL WHALE APPROVED! ..and no, the beach was not over capacity.

Now, fail whale has become quite the popular little meme around the community. He’s even got his own fan club now. Oh, a fan club not enough for you? He’s even got tshirts and a girlfriend.

Seriously.. even I don’t have shirts or a girlfriend! *shrug*

I do love the Sand Art Work….already loved cute fail whale…But it seem @twitter is working very hard to have @failwhale become extinct. That kinda happy-sad-happy situation

@ijustine: They are, but they never seem to last. Sometimes it even takes 3years(seasons) to find them. I would even be willing to go through the “horror” of selecting the cast. The name would be “ijus wanna have fun w/ Justine.”

I’m trying to recreate the almost extinct fail whale with some Webkinz, Beanie Babies, and other stuffed animals around the house. We probably have enough birds, but I am having a hard time finding a whale. We might have to use an elephant or turtle. Which does lead me to ask, why of all animals a whale, because they are the biggest? Ooooh we have a giant lion!
