You know it’s my favorite question to ask.. “What’s your favorite treat?” mostly because it catches people a bit off guard and everyone loves to talk about food ..or maybe that’s just me.

**Side note - I shot all of this with the Flip HD — what do you think of the quality + audio? **

Lastnight I went to the taping of The Soup with LeVar Burton who is making a cameo on tonight’s show! Along with the cast of Mad Men (which is apparently a really good show on AMC that I’ve sadly never seen but will be looking up).

Anyways, be sure to check out tonight’s episode. I know some of you thought I was actually going to be on the show, but no.. sadly, I am not. Perhaps if you listen closely enough, you can hear my laugh!! The Soup is one of my favorite shows so it was pretty awesome to go to a live taping.

PS. Joel is really tall.

I love THE SOUP. If I went to a taping, I’d probably be asked to leave as I wouldn’t be able to stop laughing in time for the next segment.

sushi? I heart Joel, and was surprised at how tall he was! I read somewhere that he used to play college football which also shocked me…just doesn’t seem like that “type”. loved this! going to see him in Houston next month, hurray!

First the Teddy Ruxbin bear and now seeing LaVar Burton. I am feeling young again. I realize LaVar did a lot more than “Reading Rainbow”, but I can’t let it go. Maybe it is because I can fly twice as high.

BTW… you are cute. Very cute. Unfortunately for you I am married and this is as far as our relationship is going to go. Sorry!

The footage looks great! The only thing I noticed was the focus when you were pointing at him seemed to be slightly off, you know? The lighting trusses behind him were in focus, where Joel himself was slightly soft looking. I wonder if that’s adjustable?

@chris — yeah, it’s fixed focus so you’re pretty much stuck with what it’s got! It’s hard too b/c filming yourself is so close up that it’s never really in focus.

Awesome sound and video quality!
Sushi… That’s one of my favorite foods, but I didn’t think that counted as a treat.. My favourite treat (isn’t that a snack.. lol) is Junior Mints (Though I can only buy them when the Ebay seller I buy them through stocks them.. I can’t find them in Perth WA… Oh well… Good thing I love Ebay!) lol
