I would stop going to starbucks if their coffee weren’t so good. Everyone who works there is pretty snooty except for the one guy who looks like Commander Riker from Star Trek.

That’s the reason why I prefer to go to a regular neighborhood coffee shop. They usually have better service and most of the time better coffee.

Starbucks coffee is great, and makes me glad that the people working at them here are not that rude. Way to pull out the old ICQ sound I am so glad that is not around anymore.

I’m surprised that you were spoken to like that. You see, I used to be a secret shopper and one of my assignments was to shop various Starbucks and rate their customer service skills.

They know they get ’shopped’ but just don’t know who is the secret shopper so they’d be smart to treat all their customers well. If anyone had treated me like that my report would most likely get them fired.

haha, bad, there’s no Starbucks in my country, well yes but in the capital, and i live like 2 1/2 hours from there, today i went to a coffe shop named “tavelli” they kicked me out of the Smokers Section (underage) Ha ! there were no more tables so i ordered a To go coffe, like i never smoked before xd. They’re going to open a Starbucks here, i hope they’re not like this (by the way i live in Chile, the ass of the world haha, that’s why we don’t have Starbucks everywhere u.u)

Seriously, if someone was even 50% that rude to me they should be fired, even if it was the Manager.

OMG that is so terrible! I used to be a barista and I would have never have done something that terrible to a customer. You should probably complain about the incident to the manager, cause that is kinda serious. If nothing else you could sue Starbucks and get a bunch of free coffee out of it ;P

Ok…. scratch what I said earlier, I was stupid and didn’t read the whole post. I would still try to get some free coffee out of the situation, even though it wasn’t that dramatic.
