I don’t remember when I sent MMS last. Maybe two years ago, probably due to operator’s free MMS campaign.

Hmmm I’m confused - didn’t this appear when Vers 3 of the OS appeared ? Well it did in the UK.

You know the problem was AT&T and not Apple. Stupid AT&T couldn’t handle the 40 million iphone users sending mms messages, they network would DIE.

I think MMS is a step backwards. I have never once in my life used MMS. I have always used email to send pictures from my phone. Yes, I used it on flip phones and even on my very first color screen phone. I would rather have pictures sent to me in an email too. If pictures come to me in MMS, I wont even look at them, I just delete them. MMS is for the cavemen.

Yes, Dave Healey, iPhone has supported MMS for a while, but due to the large amount of iPhone users in the US, and the iPhone only using one carrier in the US, that one carrier feared that MMS would overload it’s network with the concentration of bandwidth on one carrier.

Must suck to have an iPhone in the US. Locked into one company… only getting MMS now…

It is unbelievable that it is just now a part of the iphone experience. Apple I would think would have a little more forward thinking. They are luckey the iphone is so well liked.

Glad to have MMS, but only because I have friends in the dark ages using RAZRs and other phones that really only support MMS. It’ll be nice to have them appear directly without having to go to a stupid website to retrieve them with a login and (cryptic) password!

Long time ago I’ve been tweeting to you that here in Portugal, we’ve been able to send iPhone MMS since August, but I bet you haven´t read them at all, and I understand, because if you could read all of the tweets that you are “bombared” every day, you would be a superwoman!:) I’m just saying Hi!, that I love you so much ( I must be your biggest fan xD When I grow older I’ll want to be like you!) and that you also have a fan here in Portugal! (you should come here and say people that they should buy an iPhone!!! Only me abd a friend of mine have an iPhone… It’s so depressing… Does anyone realize that the iPhone is the best phone in the world?!?!?!

I love my iPhone, but I hate the fact that my SwirlyMMS doesn’t work! Grrr… And the update takes days and weeks too, since I bought it in LA but I live in Norway! I have to crack the version and it takes some time.. Well, now we’re just waiting for the bluetooth!
